We have reserved a block of suites at the following hotel. We will forward your lodging preference from the application form directly to the hotel, there is no need for participants to make their own reservations. You will be informed of your room assignments 2 weeks prior to the workshop.

Room Cancellations:

The hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy which we will pass on to you, so in case of a cancellation you should give us sufficient advance notice.
