Cancellation - Hotel and/or Workshop:

If you absolutely must cancel your hotel and/or workshop participation due to an emergency please do so at your earliest convenience. A timely cancellation might enable another person on the waiting list to participate, and it frees you from financial responsibilities for the hotel rooms (24 hour cancellation policy).
