• Multi-fragment docking tutorial: manual docking by eye, simultaneous refinement of multiple rigid subunits, and the application of C, D, and helical symmetry.
  

• Flexible fitting tutorial: flexible refinement of structures against volumetric densities. The tutorial describes the recent damped dynamics flexible fitting, as well as older Situs 2.x tools that are based on the registration of fiducial markers.

• SAXS tutorial : docking to low-resolution bead models of proteins from small-angle X-ray scattering.
