and to visualize atomic and density models of helical filament lattices?

| FilaSitus
is a modified and shortened version of the Situs program
package for the modeling of multi-resolution structures. The software
was developed in 2001-2003 and supports the generation of lattices of
helical actin filaments
at arbitrary resolution and their visualization with VMD.
FilaSitus was developed by Willy Wriggers. |
